Job summary

Advanced Personnel Management is offering an Early Start Australia Graduate Program in Darwin Fannie Bay. This 12-month program supports graduates from student to independent clinician with structured supervision, clinical training, and a buddy system.

You will deliver paediatric speech pathology services, conduct assessments, and develop evidence-based plans while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration or membership.
• Current Driver’s Licence and vehicle (where applicable).
• NDIS workers screening check & Police Check.
• Accredited first aid & CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (formal and informal).
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams using a key worker approach.
• Monitor and adapt therapy programs based on progress and feedback.
• Provide education and resources to empower families for home practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and NDIS-related records.
• Build relationships with schools and health professionals to support outcomes.
