Job summary

Avina is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for Speech Pathology graduates, providing a structured pathway from university into clinical practice. The program begins with a 9-week onboarding and gradual caseload ramp-up, with ongoing supervision from Senior Speech Pathologists and clinical leaders across community, clinic, and telehealth settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology completed or nearing completion.
• Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility.
• Interest in community, disability and person-centred practice.
• Curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, home, school and telehealth environments.
• Caseload will build gradually as skills and confidence develop, with ongoing clinical support throughout the graduate year.
