Throughout the program you’ll gain theoretical learning, mentorship, and multidisciplinary collaboration with allied health professionals, building your own practice while receiving ongoing support

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-quality, community-based care with supervision from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader.
• Observational sessions and joint appointments with your Clinical Supervisor.
• Support clients in the community, at home, in clinic spaces, or via telehealth.
• Meet your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision.
• Prepare for appointments, write reports, and complete case notes.
• Spend time with colleagues, attend team meetings or check in with your Team Leader.
• Complete the Graduate Curriculum on our online Learning Management System (LMS).
• Connect with your Graduate Buddy over coffee to hear about their journey, ask questions and share your experiences as you transition into practice.
• Attend mentoring sessions with Subject Matter Experts in areas you're interested in.
• Collaborate with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, all dedicated to making a
