Early Start Australia is offering a Graduate Speech Pathology program designed to support new graduates through a structured onboarding, supervision, and caseload exposure across clinics, client homes, schools, and telehealth. You will be mentored by senior clinicians and work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

The program emphasizes professional development, access to Heidi Health tools, and a strong focus on improving children’s communication and participation in daily activities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Speech Pathology.
• Eligible for SPA registration upon graduating.
• Graduated in last 12 months or graduating in early 2026.
• Full valid driver's license with access to your own vehicle.
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
• Current Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain).
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Help children achieve developmental milestones and participate in everyday activities.
• Educate and involve parents, carers and others to support communication development.
• Support children to speak with clear pronunciation for understanding.
• Treat stuttering and articulation disorders to improve fluency.
• Address literacy, reading and writing difficulties with teachers and schools.
• Teach children skills to safely manage food and drinks.
