Job summary

Early Start Australia Pty is seeking gradu ate speech pathologists for our Launceston clinic. Our 12‑month graduate program provides structured induction, clinical skills training, shadowing, and weekly supervision to help you grow into a confident clinician.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy to children aged 0–16, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and manage your own caseload with support from a buddy and experienced supervisor.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Speech Pathology with SPA registration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to observe, assess, and document client progress.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Conduct comprehensive formal and informal assessments.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams using a transdisciplinary approach.
• Monitor and adapt therapy programs based on progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation and NDIS-related records.
