Early Start Australia Pty offers a 12-month graduate program for aspiring Speech Pathologists at our Carindale clinic. You’ll receive structured induction, hands-on clinical skills training, weekly supervision, and a clear path from graduate to independent clinician.

This role delivers early intervention services to children and families, with assessments, evidence-based therapy plans, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology
• Membership / registration with SPA
• Current Driver’s License and vehicle

Responsabilidades

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families, supporting communication, participation, and independence.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (formal and informal) to identify speech, language, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans aligned with family goals and child needs.
• Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams using a key worker/transdisciplinary approach.
• Monitor, review, and adapt therapy programs based on client progress and feedback.
