City of Adelaide is offering a two-year fixed-term Graduate Spatial & Asset Officer position in Adelaide. You will apply GIS, asset data and spatial thinking to help plan, manage and deliver city services, gaining hands-on experience across dashboards, spatial systems and data quality.
You will work on projects such as ESRI upgrades and have opportunities to explore AI applications in GIS workflows, supporting your early career at the intersection of technology and the city.
As part of the Infrastructure Program, the Graduate Spatial & Asset Officer will use data, technology and spatial thinking to help shape how the City of Adelaide plans, manages and delivers its services. You’ll contribute to projects that bring together GIS, asset information and data to help the City make better-informed decisions.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across spatial analysis, mapping, data quality, asset management, dashboards and spatial systems, while contributing to projects such as the City’s ESRI upgrade. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore emerging technologies, including how artificial intelligence could be used within GIS and spatial data workflows.
