City of Adelaide invites graduates to join its two-year fixed-term City Culture Program, commencing February 2027, in Adelaide. You will support community centres, libraries and cultural spaces to help people connect, participate and belong.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in community development, program delivery, research, consultation, data evaluation and promotion, with mentorship and development opportunities.
As part of the City Culture Program, you’ll have the opportunity to help create welcoming, inclusive and accessible experiences for the community across the City of Adelaide’s community centres, libraries and cultural and community spaces.
You’ll play a hands‑on role in helping people connect, participate and belong, while building practical experience in community-centre operations, room bookings, community development, program delivery, cultural initiatives and local government. You’ll take a strength‑based approach to work alongside residents, community groups, artists, cultural practitioners and volunteers, supporting everything from planning and delivering programs through to research, consultation, data evaluation and promotion.

Please be advised this is a two‑year fixed term opportunity with a starting salary at the Level 3 Classification commencing at $88,617 + 12% superannuation.
