Operating within Graduate Research School, reporting to the Graduate Research Coordinator, the Graduate Research Officer provides high‑level administrative support services to support graduate research students, staff and external stakeholders within the Graduate Research School. The position has primary responsibility of administrative activities across the student life cycle from initial enquiry through to course completion, including the provision of expert advice and exceptional customer service. The position actively engages in a case management approach to solve complex issues, undertake high level administrative tasks, communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, help identify areas for improvements and support the implementation of new systems and processes.

Total remuneration valued to $116,410 - $125,049 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $98,367 - $105,667 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.

Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
