About the role:

As the Faculty Governance Officer, you'll provide professional governance and administrative support to the Faculty of Theology and Philosophy to ensure the effective operation of the faculty's governance framework, committees and decision-making processes. You will coordinate governance activities, ensure compliance with university policies and procedures, maintain governance records and facilitate the timely preparation and distribution of committee documentation and reports.

Working closely with the Executive Dean, Director, Strategy and Operations, academic leaders and professional staff, you'll support the faculty's academic governance, strategic planning and operational objectives through the provision of high-quality governance advice, secretariat services and administrative coordination.

• Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
