Job summary

HammondCare in Sydney seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, high-quality patient care within the Mission in Action framework. The role involves rotating through Rehab, Palliative Care and Older Peoples Mental Health across Macquarie Park, Neringah and Braeside sites.

You will work within professional nursing practice, collaborate with teams, and uphold ethical and legal standards while contributing to continuous quality and safety improvements. The role is a 12-month, full-time appointment.

• Eligibility to register with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving abilities.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure safe, effective and quality patient care. These will be 12 month full-time roles starting in March 2027. The essence of this role includes working within the scope of professional nursing practice. To contribute as a team member and promote the mission and mission in action. Rotate through Rehab, Palliative Care and Older Peoples Mental Health across our Macquarie Park, Neringah and Braeside sites.
