Job summary

HammondCare invites applications for a Registered Nurse to join our team for a 12-month full-time placement. The role covers Rehab, Palliative Care and Older Peoples Mental Health across Macquarie Park, Neringah and Braeside sites, delivering safe, compassionate patient care.

You will register with AHPRA, bring strong communication and clinical skills, and support continuous improvement aligned with HammondCare Mission in Action and values.

Qualifications

• Eligible to register with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure safe, effective and quality patient care. These will be 12 month full-time roles starting in March 2027.
