HammondCare in Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team for a 12-month full-time role starting in March 2027. You will provide safe, high-quality care across Rehab, Palliative Care and Older Peoples Mental Health at our Macquarie Park, Neringah and Braeside sites.

You must be eligible to register with AHPRA and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and clinical problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and the HammondCare Mission in Action.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to register with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team.
• Demonstrated understanding of professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role.
• Demonstrated understanding of applying continuous improvement to quality and safety.

Responsabilités
