Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our mission-driven team. This 12-month full-time role supports safe, high-quality patient care across Rehab, Palliative Care and Older Peoples Mental Health, rotating across Macquarie Park, Neringah and Braeside sites.

You will be eligible to register with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, demonstrate strong communication and clinical problem-solving, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Eligible to register with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and uphold professional, ethical and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care across Rehab, Palliative Care and Older Peoples Mental Health.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure safe, effective and quality patient care. These will be 12 month full-time roles starting in March 2027.

The essence of this role

• Works within the scope of professional nursing practice.
• To contribute as a team member and promote the mission and mission in action.
• Rotate through Rehab, Palliative Care and Older Peoples Mental Health across our Macquarie Park, Neringah and Braeside sites.
