Job summary

Aspen Group is seeking a commercially minded graduate to join the WA team and support operations, development, and capital management across our portfolio. You will work directly with senior leadership to gain practical experience in how a growing property business operates and makes commercial decisions.

The role offers exposure to operations, development, transactions and capital management, with a pathway to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Completion or current pursuit of a university degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across WA.

Responsibilities

• Commercial analysis of property performance and opportunities.
• Contribute to budgets, forecasts and strategies.
• Support operations and development teams in WA.
• Assist capital projects and development initiatives.
• Monitor results and drive delivery of actions.
• Support growth through improved systems and reporting.
