Transgrid’s 2028 Graduate Program is a two-year pathway for Construction and Project Management graduates, designed to bridge university and industry and contribute to Australia’s clean energy future.

Starting in February 2028, the program offers hands-on experience, rotations across business areas, mentorship, tailored learning, and hybrid work options, with a competitive starting package and opportunities to shape your career within a supportive culture.

Formación

• Hold or be in your final year of a Construction Management or Project Management degree.
• Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold an eligible visa.
• Graduated or graduating by January 2028.
• Available to attend an in-person Assessment Centre, in May 2027.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, clear communication, problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in sustainability and social responsibility
