Qualifications

• Hold or be in your final year of Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible working visa.
• Graduated or graduating by January 2028.
• Available to attend an in-person Assessment Centre in May 2027.
• Demonstrate teamwork, clear communication, problem-solving and a genuine interest in sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Transgrid’s two-year Graduate Program with four 6-month rotations across business areas.
• Contribute to real projects that shape Australia’s energy network and gain hands-on experience.
