Qualifications

• Enrolled or graduates in Electrical Engineering with Renewable Energy or Power Systems focus.
• Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible visa holder.
• Graduated or graduating by January 2028.
• Available for in-person Assessment Centre in May 2027.
• Demonstrates teamwork, clear communication, problem-solving and sustainability awareness.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year Graduate Program with four 6-month rotations across business areas.
• Contribute to real projects shaping Australia’s energy network.
• Receive mentorship from engineers, leaders and technical specialists.
