Northcott Therapy is seeking a new graduate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults, supported by a structured 3-month onboarding program and weekly supervision to build confidence from day one.

The role offers ongoing professional development, access to a broader clinical services team, and a strong culture focused on growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• A degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA eligibility/registration.
• Candidate must be client-centered and evidence-based.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload from paediatric to adults.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults in a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in structured onboarding and weekly supervision.
