Chatterbox Health is offering a structured New Graduate Occupational Therapist program across Western Sydney. You will join a multi-disciplinary team and receive extensive mentoring and supervision to support your early career development.

The role focuses on delivering evidence-based occupational therapy for children and their families, with on-the-job training, administrative support, and a supportive team culture to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy required.
• National Police clearance required.
• The right to work in Australia.
• AHPRA registration (or applying upon degree).
• Commitment to implementing feedback to grow as a health professional.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intervention plans to foster independence and improve quality of life.
• Complete assessments for children from 12 months to early 20s.
• Design and implement group programming.
• Participate in social media groups, social events groups, mentoring or clinical pathways.
