Job summary

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, invites new graduates to join a 12-month Structured Graduate Program. The first 12 weeks provide intensive induction, followed by a gradually increasing caseload and strong clinical support.

You’ll benefit from weekly supervision, monthly coaching, a dedicated buddy, and access to MedHealth Academy as you develop clinical reasoning and confidence across lifespan clients.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration or eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Soon-to-be graduated OT ready to join a multidisciplinary team.
• Willing to grow skills with support and guidance.
• Licensed driver with own vehicle.
