Northcott Therapy is seeking a new graduate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults, supported by a structured 3-month onboarding program and weekly supervision to build confidence from day one.

The role offers ongoing professional development, access to a broader clinical services team, and a strong culture focused on growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• A degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA eligibility/registration.

About The Role

As a new graduate Occupational Therapist, you’ll work alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based therapy that helps children and adults achieve their goals, build independence and improve quality of life. With a structured 3-month onboarding program, weekly supervision, peer mentoring and ongoing professional development, you’ll have the support to grow your skills and confidence from day one.
