APM (Australia) is offering a 12-month Early Start Australia Graduate program in Launceston, Tasmania, designed to progress graduates to independent therapists. You’ll receive structured induction, clinical skills training, shadowing, weekly supervision, and a ramp-up to managing your own caseload within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration.
• Current driver's license is required.
• Working with Children Check or WWVP (state-specific) is required.
• NDIS workers screening check and Police Check are required.
• Accredited First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent observational and report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and manage a varied caseload with a client-centred approach.
• Design, implement and adjust individual therapy programs based on client goals.
• Deliver therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, allied health professionals and external stakeholders.
• Monitor client progress, complete reviews and reports, identify service opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support correct service invoicing.
