Ability Action Australia invites new graduates to join its Occupational Therapist Graduate Program 2027, NSW. You will be supported with supervision, mentorship and a pathway to clinical confidence in a national therapy provider for NDIS participants.

You will complete assessments, write reports and support participants in community or clinic settings, while developing business and people skills in a flexible work environment. Eligible graduates from 2026 are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Soon-to-be graduate/2026 graduates welcome.
• Driver with own vehicle is preferred.
• Flexibility, growth mindset and support-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in community or clinic settings.
• Complete assessments, write reports and support therapy.
• Advocate for and collaborate with participants and carers to achieve goals.
