Job summary

ORS is offering a 6-month Graduate Program for Occupational Therapy graduates to transition into clinical practice with strong supervision and multidisciplinary support.

You will work in homes, schools, and community settings with a large national team, flexible hours, and hybrid work options. The program includes weekly supervision, training resources, and career-growth pathways within a diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (or pending).
• Valid car and driving licence.
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• A passion for learning, teamwork and helping people achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessments and interventions as part of client-centered care.
• Work with a diverse multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
