Qualifications

• OT degree and AHPRA registration (or pending).
• Valid driver's licence is preferred.
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional capacity and sensory assessments.
• Provide assistive technology and home modifications.
• Deliver skill and capacity building programs.
• Build strong client relationships and track progress daily.
