Job summary

ORS is offering a 6-month Graduate OT program for fresh graduates to bridge study with clinical practice across homes, schools and community settings. You will work with a large national team and receive formal weekly supervision, with flexible hours and hybrid work options to support learning and clinical development.

You’ll handle assessments and interventions for clients aged 0-65, including functional capacity, sensory assessments, and capacity-building programs, with a pathway to career

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration (or pending).
• Owns a car and a valid licence.
• Willing to obtain WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional capacity and sensory assessments.
• Deliver interventions such as assistive technology and home modifications.
• Build client relationships and monitor progress; support everyday independence.
