Job summary

ORS invites you to start your OT career through a comprehensive 6‑month Graduate Program designed to support new graduates as they transition from study to clinical practice across Australia. You will join a large national team of OTs and a multidisciplinary group, gaining hands‑on experience while receiving structured supervision and ongoing training.

During the program you’ll deliver client‑centred assessments and interventions in diverse settings, with flexible full‑time or part‑time options

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration (or pending).
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for learning, teamwork, and helping people achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessments and interventions such as functional capacity and sensory assessments.
• Assistive technology and home modifications.
• Skill and capacity building programs.
• Build strong client relationships and monitor progress.
