Job summary

ORS Group is offering a 6-month Graduate Program for newly qualified Occupational Therapists in Australia. You will receive structured supervision, exposure to a diverse multidisciplinary team, and opportunities for growth as you transition from study to clinical practice.

You’ll work with clients across homes, schools, and community settings while enjoying flexible hours, hybrid work arrangements, and a pathway to specialist training and leadership development within ORS.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (or pending).
• A car and licence.
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessments and interventions, including functional capacity and sensory assessments.
• Provide assistive technology and home modifications.
• Run skill and capacity building programs; maintain client relationships and track progress.

Education
