Coles Group Graduate Program offers two years of hands-on learning designed to help you grow, with real deliverables and clear ownership as you rotate across functions. The program begins in February 2028 and supports your development through a tailored program and network.

In year two you will complete the Innovation Project, work with a team to solve a genuine business challenge, and present ideas to the Executive Leadership Team and Coles Board.

Qualifications

• Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
• Have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program.

Responsibilities

• Work on real deliverables with clear ownership across rotations.
• Participate in the Innovation Project in year two and present to executives/relevant leadership.
