Job summary

Coles Group is launching a two-year (three years for Finance) graduate program designed to provide hands-on learning, real deliverables and clear ownership across multiple business functions. Expect rotations, a tailored development plan and strong mentorship to help you grow and contribute from day one.

The program includes an Innovation Project in year two, with opportunities to present ideas to our Executive Leadership Team and Coles Board.

Qualifications

• Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency at time of application.
• Have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in functional rotations across Coles Group teams.
• Work on the Innovation Project in year two with a team to solve a real business challenge.
• Collaborate with executives and leaders to develop and implement solutions.
