Job summary

Coles Group offers a two-year graduate program designed to fast-track leadership through hands-on learning, real ownership and rotations across functions. From day one you’ll work on meaningful customer outcomes, tackle real projects and complete the Innovation Project in year two, with opportunities to present to our Executive Leadership Team.

Hybrid work is available (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Qualifications

• Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency at time of application.
• Have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year graduate program with hands-on learning, real ownership and functional rotations.
• Contribute to delivering customer value and work on meaningful projects, including the Innovation Project in year two.
