Coles Group is inviting applications for its Graduate Program. From day one you’ll be exposed to real business work across food, drink and home solutions, with two years of hands-on learning designed to help you grow and take on meaningful work through structured rotations.

In year two you’ll complete the Innovation Project, tackling a genuine business challenge and presenting ideas to our Executive Leadership Team and Coles Board.

Qualifications

• Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency at application time.
• Have completed a bachelor’s degree before commencing the program.

Responsibilities

• Two-year hands-on learning program with functional rotations across Coles Group.
• Year two includes the Innovation Project, solving a genuine business challenge and presenting to executives.
