Our client is a global brand and well known looking for a Graduate Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st level support for customers over the phone.

This is a 4-6 week contract, starting immediately. It is 5 days a week (37.5hrs) in the office and is located in North Ryde, Sydney within walking distance of the Metro station. It is paying $30/hr inc super.

You will get training provided specifically on the products/systems that you will be using/supporting.

You will be primarily providing 1st level support across hardware and services around hardware over the phone and email.

To be suitable you will need:

• Previous experience (minimum 6-12 months) in a Helpdesk capacity providing 1st level support over the phone
• Experience with a ticketing system
• The ability to respond to queries in a proactive manner and address the issues, keep the customer up to date, or escalate when needed to the senior member/leader of the team
• Experience providing support across hardware such as printers is desirable or the ability to pick it up quickly
• Being able to provide exceptional customer service and take ownership of the calls and resolve them where you can
