Pursuited.com, is a tech recruitment platform looking to revolutionize recruitment. We are currently looking off-platform for a temporary Telesales Specialist or Telemarketer based with one of our brilliant clients based in Chatswood, Sydney, on a 6-month role with potential to become Permanent.

About the Role

This is a phone-based sales and customer engagement role where you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll be responsible for generating appointments for our design consultants, following up on leads, and nurturing customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to promote business services
• Qualify leads and handle appointment-setting for our kitchen design team
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and referrals
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly call and appointment targets
• Provide a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience on every call

About You

• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call centre sales (preferred, but not essential – training provided)
• Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident phone manner
• Motivated by achieving results and hitting targets
• Strong appointment-setting and the ability to discern interest versus need for appointments and timeframes
• Ability to build quick rapport and handle objections professionally
• Organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset
