Eptec is seeking a recent engineering graduate to join its Defence Solutions team as a Graduate Engineer in Osborne, SA. The role offers mentoring from senior engineers and project managers, exposure to high-profile defence programs, and a permanent full-time position with training to grow technical and managerial capabilities.

You will contribute to project coordination, planning, risk assessment, and performance monitoring across defence initiatives while developing your professional skills in

Competenze

• Engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A valid driver's license and car.
• Australian citizen.

Mansioni

• Coordinate project elements including QA/QC, logistics, reporting, compliance, subcontractor management, equipment control, and supplies.
• Support project management through administrative tasks such as managing project briefs, schedules, action logs, budgets, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare project documentation including project plans, Gantt charts, and specifications for minor projects.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality requirements and align with best practices and company standards.
• Assist with risk analysis and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Undertake job safety analysis for unfamiliar or non-routine work processes.
• Prepare cost estimates and specifications to support procurement processes.
• Establish and monitor project controls to ensure delivery within quality, time, and cost constraints
