Job summary

Prospex Recruiting is helping a Sydney-based energy efficiency team recruit recent graduates or technicians with hands-on experience. You will work onsite to optimise building performance, tune BMS, and contribute to NABERS rating improvements while gaining exposure to energy audits and future growth areas.

About You:

Recent graduate or technician with a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Automation, Controls, or Electronics. Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Hands‑on problem solver who's not afraid to get practical (hand tools, equipment tuning, and occasionally ladders).

Passionate about sustainability, eager to learn, and driven by results.

Basic understanding of HVAC Systems or Building Management Systems is a bonus.

Comfortable with data analysis (Excel/Google Suite).

Strong communicator who enjoys teamwork and making things happen.

Possess a valid driver license issued by an Australian State Authority.
