Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Psychology, HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Career Development Graduate Certificate endorsed by CICA is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills required.
• Ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver initiatives to enhance graduate employability and outcomes.
• Provide one-on-one career counselling to students and alumni for up to 18 months post-grad.
• Coordinate campus visits, recruit seminars, and liaise with employers.
• Collaborate with faculties on industry engagement, practicums, and internships.
• Utilise CareerHub/Abintegro and evaluate analytics to improve resources.
• Design and evaluate career development workshops and materials.
• Represent Careers at Open Day and student-focused events.
