CSE Uniserve in Port Melbourne, Victoria, offers a two-year structured Graduate Program for Electrical Engineering graduates. The program provides rotational placements across our business, industry exposure, mentoring, and access to industry leaders to accelerate your development.

You will engage in protection and control applications, design and testing, and be supported by a strong leadership team as you contribute to real projects with clients across mining, utilities and renewables.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• A desire to learn about the company and the industry.
• Work experience or exposure to Electrical / Telecommunications industry is highly regarded but not essential.
• A precise and careful eye for detail.
• The ability to work efficiently and prioritise tasks.
• The ability to commute between multiple work locations.

Responsibilities

• Continue professional and technical development through self-education, attending supplier training sessions, seminars, etc
• Provide specialised protection and control application support. Automation and Monitoring and Diagnostics exposure is also included
• Provide detailed design and selection of equipment for electrical projects
• Perform electrical testing in our Melbourne laboratory or at site
• Assisting and reviewing hardware and software queries
• Working with the sales team, communicate product benefits and differentiators to customers
