Participants will engage in structured training, hands-on engineering assignments, and mentorship from experienced leaders.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of work experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and passion for innovation.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in critical infrastructure and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration during rotations across engineering, technical sales support, services, and project management.
• Hands-on engineering assignments and technical solution development.
• Participation in customer site and project exposure.
• Support for projects and technical solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.
