Job summary

Service Stream invites Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduates to join the Utilities division in VIC (Dandenong) for a structured two-year program. You will rotate across projects, build skills through on-the-job experience and formal development, and benefit from mentoring by senior engineers.

From 2026 start, the program includes site visits, networking with leaders, and a path to a permanent role, with remuneration reviews every six months and opportunities to join the head office team

Qualifications

• Completed, or about to complete, a minimum 3-year engineering undergraduate degree within the last 5 years from a recognised university.
• Available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2027.
• Hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency at time of application.
• Hold a current Australian driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Support across different areas of specialisation and projects within the Utilities division.
• Engage in job rotations, networking events, and professional development activities.
• Participate in mentoring programs and site visits to gain real-world experience.
