Boeing Defence Australia invites graduates in Electronics and Electrical Engineering for a 24-month program starting January 2027. The role offers a permanent full-time pathway, with exposure to multiple business units across Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown during a structured development track.

You will work on RF, antenna and communications systems, contribute to power and network equipment, and gain EMI/EMC testing experience while being mentored within a supportive, inclusive team

Qualifications

Tertiary degree in engineering, computer science or information technology.
Australian citizenship to meet defence security requirements.
Graduates available for January 2027 start.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of electrical and electronic equipment and data systems.
Test and analyse electronic products and electrical systems for EMI/EMC compliance.
Develop engineering documentation and support configuration management of system hardware.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative defence solutions.
