Job summary

The City of Gold Coast invites applications for a 12-month Graduate Academy in the Utilities Systems Intelligence team. This full-time fixed-term role offers hands-on data analytics experience with SCADA, telemetry and PI System, designed to bridge university learning to the workplace.

Starting February 2027, graduates will be supported by mentors, cohort activities and tailored development to accelerate professional growth in data analytics and engineering pathways within the City of Gold Coast.

Qualifications

• To be considered you must hold a recognised bachelors degree or postgraduate qualification completed within the last two years or be completing prior to February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a range of projects and initiatives within Utilities Systems Intelligence.
• Build tools, reporting and insights to support network monitoring, modelling and performance improvement.
• Develop data analysis capabilities and learn from industry leaders throughout the Graduate Academy.
