Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking a Graduate Estimator to join our Klemzig office, supporting both Estimating and Construction teams on diverse projects across South Australia. You’ll begin by assisting with tenders and pricing, then gain exposure to contract administration and project delivery, progressing toward managing a project as you grow.

You will work from our Klemzig office with free parking nearby, in a collaborative environment focused on real responsibility and growth in construction

Have you recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related field? Ready to kickstart your career in construction?

Want a structured graduate program across Estimating, Contract Administration and Project Management? You’ll learn while working on real projects across South Australia.

Well… we just happen to be on the lookout for our next Graduate.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants a career in construction. You’ll have a good head for numbers, attention to detail and plenty of curiosity. You’ll also be interested in how technology, including AI, can improve the way we work. In return, we’ll give you real responsibility and plenty of opportunities to grow. About the role.

You’ll join our graduate team and support both our Estimating and Construction teams.

We deliver everything from maintenance and refurbishment to larger construction projects. That variety means you’ll gain experience across different projects and parts of the business.

You’ll start by supporting our Estimating team with tenders and pricing. You’ll then gain experience in Contract Administration and project delivery. As your skills grow, you’ll start tendering your own projects as a Graduate Estimator. From there, you’ll progress towards running projects as a Project Administrator. You’ll work mostly from our Klemzig office, with free parking just northeast of the CBD.

You’ll report to Jayden, our Estimating Manager and, according to the person writing this ad, an all-round great bloke to learn from.

We’ll keep you learning, but some of your work will include:

• assisting with tenders, measuring plans and subcontractor enquiries;

• reading and interpreting drawings and specifications;
