Job summary

Built Environs, an Australian construction firm, offers a two-year graduate development program with rotations through project-based and office-based work, guided by mentors and senior professionals.

You will contribute to document control, assist estimators with pre-qualifications and tenders, and support the project and site managers during all construction phases, while upholding safety, integrity and teamwork values.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification (such as Construction Management & Building Economics).
• Self-sufficient, requiring limited supervision with focus on results.
• Competent in use of MS Office.
• Be passionate about organisational values of safety & care, honesty & integrity, customer focus, teamwork and performance excellence.
• Be a permanent resident of Australia.

Responsibilities

• Document control.
• Assisting the Estimators preparing pre-qualifications and tenders.
• Assisting the Project Manager and Site Manager during all phases of the construction process.
• Conformity of all construction activities with Company procedures and policies and with WHS Act, WHS Regulations, EPA Act and all Codes of Practice.
• Conformance to time schedules, budgets and performance criteria.
• Collating deliverables required for practical completion.
• Managing project close out and archiving.
