InfraBuild in Australia is inviting recent or soon-to-be graduates to join the 2028 Graduate Program as a Graduate Civil Engineer based in St Marys, Western Sydney. The two-year fixed-term contract includes two 12-month rotations, hands-on learning, and structured development with coaching and formal training.

We would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 2028 Graduate Program as a Graduate Civil Engineer based in St Marys, Western Sydney.

Real Work with Real Outcomes – Starting in January 2028, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through hands-on experience and meaningful work.

• Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.
• The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units.
• This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will participate in a structured development program offering comprehensive exposure to core engineering functions within our plant. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to real projects that drive performance.

Key Areas of Exposure:

• Major Infrastructure projects both Civil & High Rise.
• Tier – 1 Customers – Developers, Builders, Government.
• On the job training with direct involvement in day-to-day activities and internal/external meetings.
• Mentoring & Coaching for seasoned and experienced professionals

Eligibility Criteria:

• A genuine passion for Civil Engineering within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution.
• Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights.
• Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2027).
• Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.
