Job summary

InfraBuild invites recent or soon-to-be graduates to join its 2028 Graduate Program in Logistics and Supply Chain based at Head Office, Sydney CBD. The program runs for two years as a fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement, starting January 2028, delivering hands-on experience and meaningful work.

The program includes two 12-month rotations, ongoing coaching and formal training, plus exposure to multiple business units to develop technical and commercial skills.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Logistics and Supply Chain
• Completion of Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2027)
• Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience
• Willingness to learn, curiosity and initiative

Real Work with Real Outcomes – Starting in January 2028, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands‑on program provides practical learning through hands‑on experience and meaningful work.

• Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.
• The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units.
• This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on‑job learning with formal education.

Key Areas of Exposure:

• Enhance efficiency by improving supply chain processes.
• Gain practical experience in logistics management and planning.
• Collaborate on projects to improve operational performance.
• Engage in various tasks to understand interconnected operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A genuine passion for Logistics and Supply Chain within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution.
• Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights.
• Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2027).
• Less than two years of full-time, discipline‑specific work experience.

Note: Successful placement into this program will be subject to pre‑employment checks, including but not limited to criminal, qualification, medical, and reference checks.
