IBM Australia Limited is seeking a Graduate/Associate Experience Consultant within the Customer & Experience Transformation stream. You will join IBM Consulting's Associate Program, applying human-centered design to solve business challenges and enhance AI-enabled customer journeys.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real client value, develop design artefacts, and prototype onboarding experiences while working in a hybrid setup in Sydney.
