Job summary

F4 Partners on the Gold Coast is seeking a motivated Graduate Accountant to support taxation, compliance and advisory work across a diverse client base. You will work closely with Partners, Managers and Senior Accountants to gain practical experience and build a broad accounting foundation.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or near completion), an interest in public practice, and a willingness to pursue CA or CTA studies.

Qualifications

• Completed, or currently completing, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or related discipline.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in public practice accounting and taxation.
• Intention to undertake CA or CTA studies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or unrestricted Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs.
• Preparation of income tax returns and BAS obligations.
• Assisting with tax planning and business advisory projects.
• Client communication and relationship support.
• Researching taxation and accounting matters.
• Supporting senior team members on complex client engagements.
• Developing technical knowledge and professional skills through ongoing training.

About the Role

As a Graduate Accountant, you will work closely with our Partners, Managers and Senior Accountants to support a wide range of client engagements and gain valuable practical experience across taxation, compliance and advisory services.
