• Experience as a Grader Operator or similar role within construction.
• Strong understanding of grading techniques and site safety.
• Willingness to work regionally/onsite and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain grading machinery to prepare land for construction.
• Ensure accurate grading and levelling according to project specs.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment for safety and functionality.
